Ginny is an accomplished strategic leader with over 20 years of HR experience driving transformational leadership and organizational growth through talent development and DEI initiatives. Ginny\u00a0helps teams and\u00a0individuals reach their full potential for sustained growth and business impact by creating a culture of inclusion and empowerment.\u00a0<\/p>

Ginny is thrilled to serve on the board of directors at Amsha Africa Foundation (AAF). Known for her servant leadership and people-first philosophy, Ginny brings passion and dedication to strengthening communities and helping others.\u00a0She values philanthropy and community service and continually looks for ways to use her expertise to make a positive difference in the lives of others.\u00a0\u00a0Additionally, she actively supports local public schools, having served in several PTO leadership positions.\u00a0<\/p>

Ginny is an Executive Leadership Coach from Hudson Institute, leveraging her experience and coaching skills to support leaders in their personal and professional development.\u00a0 She holds a Masters in Psychology in Organizational Behavior and a BS in Management Information Systems.\u00a0 make her a true asset to our organization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Leonie is an accomplished strategic influencer and master storyteller who excels at solving complex problems and forging valuable partnerships. Her ability to thrive in ambiguous situations allows her to expertly craft and execute plans, while helping others to see the bigger picture by developing targeted visions that incorporate technology, business, and user experience. With a diverse background in business and technology management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, program management, and partnerships, Leonie’s expertise is unrivaled.<\/p>

Leonie’s impressive educational background includes a double major in Business Finance and Supply Chain Logistics Management from Portland State University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from George Fox University. In addition, she generously serves on the board of directors for AAF, demonstrating her deep commitment to the organization’s mission and vision.<\/p>

As the Chief of Staff and expert in strategic operations, Leonie’s contributions have been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes and driving meaningful change. Her passion for empowering young women led her to found Educationseeds.org, an AAF partner that strives to ensure teenage girls have their basic human rights met, reduce dependency and poverty, and provide practical skills to help them provide for themselves and their families. With over a decade of hands-on experience<\/strong>, Janet excels in project monitoring and evaluation, financial oversight, and database management<\/strong>. Her deep knowledge of USAID programming, rules, and regulations<\/strong> has been instrumental in ensuring compliance and efficiency in large-scale development projects.<\/p>

Beyond her nonprofit work, Janet is a driven entrepreneur. She founded and successfully runs a thriving travel and tours business<\/strong>, showcasing her strategic mindset and leadership. Her commitment to social impact<\/strong> extends beyond AAF\u2014she actively contributes to multiple trusts and NGOs across Africa, reinforcing her dedication to community empowerment.<\/p>

With a passion for sustainable agriculture practices, Robert is a renowned expert in the field. As AAF’s Project Manager in Africa, he leads the organization’s aquaponic education program and meticulously manages detailed project schedules to ensure seamless operations.<\/p>
