\u201cAmsha<\/b>\u201d is a Swahili term that translates to \u201cwake up.\u201d<\/p>

The Amsha Africa Foundation (AAF) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-denominational, non-profit organization that focuses on collaborating with registered community-based organizations in the Global South and supporting underrepresented communities in the Global North.<\/p>

Today, AAF operates in the U.S. and multiple Global South countries, offering a broad range of programs aimed at improving the lives of impoverished and under represented communities.\u00a0<\/p>

Amsha Africa Foundation is the product of Tony Abuta’s determination to use cost-effective technology to enhance the standard of living in impoverished communities across the Global South.\u00a0<\/p>

In early 2008, Tony travelled to Kenya to lay the foundation for the organization, collaborating with local authorities, non-profits, and community groups to determine the most effective programs for the Foundation’s mission. After returning to the US, Tony mobilized his friends to raise funds for programs in Kenya and other countries in the Global South.<\/p>

In May 2008, Amsha Africa Foundation launched the Nairobi Slums Projects, providing free medical checkups, environmental cleanup, tree planting, and training workshops to teach the community about self-help programs. The program also offered free testing for STDs, eye and dental problems, improving the lives of thousands of people in some of the world’s largest slums.<\/p>

Today, Amsha Africa Foundation operates in several communities globally and runs a multitude of programs aimed at enhancing the lives of underprivileged communities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Amsha Africa Foundation (AAF) is a reputable 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been federally recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service and various U.S. States since October 13, 2008.\u00a0<\/p>

Our organization is committed to integrity and making a positive impact, which is reflected in our US Federal Employer Identification Number 26-3259654<\/b>.<\/p>

Furthermore, AAF is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with a presence in numerous Global South countries, including Kenya, Zambia, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Malawi, and Mexico.\u00a0<\/p>
